What does the maker say pinealON supports?
The label carries four support claims, each marked with a dagger: Supports Restorative Sleep, Promotes General Well-Being, Supports Physical Performance and Supports Cognitive Function. The seller’s disclaimer adds that these statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
A customer quoted on the offer page says it is “the first thing I’ve tried that actually feels like it’s supporting my brain, not just stimulating it.” The offer page shows a 4.9 out of 5 rating from 334 reviews. The seller’s disclaimer says testimonials reflect personal experiences and may not represent typical results.
What is in each capsule?
The label is the best place to check what you are buying. It prints the following for one capsule.
| Ingredient | Amount per capsule | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| L-Glutamic Acid – L-Aspartic Acid – L-Arginine (printed as an “Amino Acid Sequence”) | 1 mg, one amount for the whole sequence | Daily Value not established |
| Rice flour | Not listed | Listed as an other ingredient |
| Capsule: HPMC | Not listed | Printed as a cellulose-based enteric coating |
Separate amounts for each amino acid are not listed. If you plan to compare capsules, ask the company for them first.
When should you take it, and how much?
The label’s suggested use is one to two capsules at nighttime, on an empty stomach, or as directed by your healthcare provider. If a clinician has given you different directions, follow theirs.
| Capsules per night | Amount per night (1 mg per capsule) | Nights from one 60-capsule bottle |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | 1 mg | 60 |
| 2 | 2 mg | 30 |
If your evenings include afternoon coffee or tea, a worksheet on caffeine timing and sleep can help you see how your timing fits your nights.
The label gives a nightly routine. Ask support whether the company recommends breaks between bottles, and for how long, before you set a schedule.
Does the research back it up?
The research that matters most for this capsule is research on these three amino acids in this form and dose. Ask the company which study it relies on, and whether that study used this exact capsule and amount. A study of a different form or dose does not carry over to your bottle.
If you want to check a trial yourself, here is how to trace a trial’s status (our research library).
How do you fix poor memory and brain fog?
The maker places pinealON under cognitive function, so it helps to know what general memory research says. Harvard Health’s focus and memory guide notes research showing that memory loss can begin as early as age 45. Harvard’s memory topic page adds that much of what people call memory loss with age is often a slowing of performance.
Cleveland Clinic’s memory tips say chronic stress can harm the brain, and that even low levels of inflammation can negatively affect memory. Its suggestions include learning new skills and playing games that keep your mind active. Stanford’s working memory strategies point out that working memory is limited, and suggest linking new information to what you already know, through mnemonics and acronyms.
The product’s pitch is ease: one capsule each night at a set amount, with nothing to measure or remember. The free route is the routine you build yourself. If you want a simple way to start, building one wellness habit at a time walks you through a cue, an action and a review.
What does a realistic result look like?
The seller says results vary, and its testimonials may not represent typical results. Judge pinealON on your own notes, not on a rating or a quote. Keep a simple record of your sleep and focus for the period you choose, and compare the pattern. The sleep diary without turning it into a scorecard shows how to note patterns without grading yourself.
Is pinealON safe to use?
Read the warnings first. The label says the product is for adults only, should not be taken by people who are pregnant or nursing, and should be checked with your doctor if you take medication or have a medical condition.
| Who | What the label says |
|---|---|
| Under 18 | For use in adults only |
| Pregnant or nursing | Should not take it |
| Taking medication or have a medical condition | Consult your doctor before use |
| Children | Keep out of reach of children; the disclaimer says not for children |
Side effects are worth asking about before you order. Ask support what side effects customers have reported, and tell your clinician about any reaction you notice.
A 1994 GAO report on FDA oversight of dietary supplements described how manufacturers, not FDA, judged their products generally recognized as safe, and did not submit safety data to FDA before marketing. FDA’s FDA labeling guidance describes a requirement that a US supplement label carry a domestic address or phone number for reports of serious adverse events. Check your bottle for that line. If you can’t find it, call the support number on the seller’s contact page.

Refunds
The refund policy gives you a 30-day return window from delivery. Unopened products get a full refund to the original payment method. Opened products are handled case by case, so email support first. Do not ship anything back before you contact them, because returns received without authorization may not be processed.
The company pays return shipping when the problem is its error, such as a wrong item, damage or a defect. You pay return shipping for a change-of-mind return on an unopened product. Refunds process within 3–5 business days after the company receives and confirms your return, and your bank may take another 3–10 business days to post it. Final-sale items are not eligible.
Subscriptions and cancelling
The offer page says you can swap products, pause, skip or cancel anytime. The shipping policy adds a condition: cancellations and skips must be made before the next billing date, and once a renewal charges and enters processing, the company cannot stop it. The refund policy says shipped renewals are not refundable as a missed cancellation, but future renewals are cancelled immediately and unopened renewal shipments can be returned under the standard 30-day policy. The company says you will get an email before each renewal, and suggests setting a reminder a few days before billing or pausing in your account. Treat the billing date as your deadline.
Shipping
The offer page says “Free 3-5 day shipping.” The shipping policy says free standard shipping applies to US orders over $125, with standard delivery 5–7 business days after shipment. Confirm which applies at checkout. Check your address before you submit, because the company cannot stop, edit or redirect an order once it enters processing. The policy says it ships to all 50 states and does not ship directly outside the US.
Who sells it, and how do you reach them?
Your Protocol LLC operates the store, according to the terms of service. The contact page lists a trade name, a physical mailing address (it asks that returns not be sent there), support email support@yourprotocol.co, and phone +1 (480) 571-2041. Phone and text support run Monday to Friday, 2 to 5 p.m. Mountain time.
The label prints “USA Made,” “Lab Tested” and “cGMP Certified.” Ask the company for the lab report behind “Lab Tested” before you order. The store also shows live purchase pop-ups from other shoppers, generated by a third-party tool. Those show buying activity, not product results.
What about unblocking or decalcifying the pineal gland?
Questions about how fast the pineal gland “activates,” whether it is calcified, or how to unblock it are questions about your health. A clinician is the right person to ask about your pineal gland and whether a supplement fits your situation.
